About me

Hi, I’m Alok Vasishta, a Lead Product Designer with over 10 years of experience designing enterprise SaaS, fintech, and AI-powered platforms. My work focuses on transforming complex systems into simple, scalable, and human-centered experiences.

Currently, I am working as a lead designer at EPAM, where I drive design strategy and reusable systems for global markets. Previously, I redesigned the Refunds experience at PayPal, reducing drop-offs and streamlining workflows, and at ServiceNow led the design efforts for Digital Product Release platform.

I believe design is about clarity, empathy, and impact. Whether simplifying back-office workflows or creating intuitive consumer apps, my goal is to make technology feel seamless. Outside of work, I explore photography, DIY projects, and hobby app-building in Flutter, which keeps me curious and occupied when Im not playing with my kids.

I picked up Flutter and Dart back in 2019—well before ChatGPT—so I understand the fundamentals and don’t just vibe-code. I know what I’m building, but I also enjoy experimenting, prototyping, and “vibe-coding” ideas into small apps that sharpen my UX perspective.
